“Since I switched to Ntera, my internet and TV just work – no issues at all. It’s honestly the most reliable service I’ve ever had. I love that they’re local, right down the road. The customer service was great, and the techs who came out were super friendly and knew what they were doing. Really glad I made the switch – wish I’d done it sooner! Keep our community strong – choose Ntera!”

“Best Internet provider hands down! Exceptional service, great speeds and low prices. Over Memorial Day weekend 2025 our Internet stopped working on Saturday night. Ntera had a technician onsite at 9 am Sunday morning and he promptly fixed the issue. (Todd you’re the best). No other Internet company could our would have done this in a small town or big city. I’m so thankful for everything!”

– Dan Jacobson

“The Ntera technician that did our install was super cool, very knowledgeable, & more than willing to answer all my questions – just really easy to work with. I already placed a call to customer service and one of Ntera’s IT gurus had me pointed in the right direction within the first minute.
But the VERY BEST part of the whole thing was not listening to my boys scream “laaaaaaaaaaaaaag” last night while they indulged in Xbox!”

– Sarah Sauerwein

“Very happy with my service. Especially working from home, its crucial for me. Customer service has been top tier as well. ”
